CRS Moratorium Notice

Minnesota currently has a moratorium on new CRS licensure. If the client is eligible, GCS can develop a CRS setting in any county to meet their needs — we'll work directly with your county's 245D liaison to begin a moratorium exception development.

I understand the CRS moratorium and will help connect GCS with my county liaison if a placement becomes available.

Once a moratorium exception is initiated, DHS review typically takes 30–60 days for approval.
